SROC Evening Run - Glasson Dock – (main car park).  This is an informal, relaxed run in beautiful countryside. Two options are available – about 30 minutes and about 60 minutes. All standards and ages welcome. Local pub afterwards. Meet at 6.50pm for a 7.00pm start.
