SROC Gym Night. Broughton School Gym.  Gym nights include a mix of physical and technical training. All abilities are catered for and it's an excellent opportunity to improve your skills without getting lost!  It's also a great social event.  Sessions start at 7pm. 


Sat 9th 

NW Night League Event. Eaves Wood.  GR SD 471 759.  Usual NW Night League courses, ie Orange – suitable for beginners to night orienteering. Green and Blue – for more experienced competitors. SportIdent. Starts from 6pm to 7pm.  More information available.

Wed 13th

SROC Street League 5. Whalley - Last street event before Christmas.  Score event: 40, 60 or 75 minutes.  Starts 6.30 to 7.30 - Swan Pub, centre of Whalley, follow road signs to Whalley town centre – GR 733362. If approaching from Preston and the W, turn R at mini roundabout in town centre – pub car park is 30m on L.  If approaching from Clitheroe and the NE, turn L at 2nd mini roundabout– pub car park is 30m on L. If approaching from Padiham and the SE, car park is on R 30 m before mini roundabout in town centre.  Entry fee: £1 seniors/juniors free. Lights desirable, high visibility clothing essential. The Car Park is normally Pay and Display but we have agreed that for this event there is no need to pay.  We have arranged for Pie and Peas and/or a Veggie alternative (Quiche Salad) at £4.00 a head.
