Wed 3rd SROC Glasson Dock Evening Club Run
Start 19:00.  Options: 1 hour run or a 40 mins ( 3-4 miles) run.  All are most welcome.  Further details tbc.

Start 19:00.  Options: 1 hour run or a 40 mins ( 3-4 miles) run.  All are most welcome.

Sun 14th SROC Bike Ride (Ribblehead & Dent Valley areas)
The proposed route is Ribblehead - Kingsdale - Dent Valley - Newby Moss - Ribblehead. Around 28 miles with a couple of climbs and good refreshment stops.  If you are interested please reply to Martyn Roome, and we will get further details out of timings etc. Also, if you are interested but can't make that date let me know, as SROC hope to hold at least one other ride during the Summer.  Organisers: Mary Wheeler and Mike Ormerod.

Thu 18th Fundraising Events for Lancashire Wildlife Trust.
One of a series of three Trail Races on Thursday evenings on 18th May, 22nd June, 20th July at 7.30pm around Cuerden Valley Park, Bamber Bridge (off J29 of M6, next to Sue Ryder Care) postcode PR5 6BY. These events are fundraisers for The Wildlife Trust. Entry on night only. Parking, refreshments. Changing facilities (one shower – you’ll have to run fast!!).  10km measured route, mostly good tracks, across one field.
