	Lost Property:
	Dawn Lock is anxious to be re-united with her missing glove - small, black with reflective spots. Please can you check if you have picked it up. Left behind in the pub - a Hilly thermal hat, reversable, dark blue & reflective yellow. Also a pair of gloves left behind at Thornton are still waiting to be claimed. Lost property will be available for collection at the next event.
	Organiser's Thanks and Comments:
	Thanks to Chris Roberts and Bill Lock who helped Glenys with results processing and on-the-night RouteGadget entry. Glenys of course had to forgo her run to spend time on the map and checking controls because of my underestimation of my Christmas workload! A few controls caused some difficulties - the date on the building which I didn't anticipate although I thought the path entry might be missed when approached from the West. To help competitors  I ensured the car park directly South of the control was on the map. The other controls which caused problems were the double helix and how far to Preston on the N side of the Millenium Bridge. The red dots in the control circles are placed extremely accurately relative to the map  (to  around 1 metre) so should be used. The youngsters never seem to have problems reading the detail on the map but as we get older we need much more light and good corrective optics to achieve the same results. Paul Ferguson
