Comments:

 

Thank you all for coming to this event.  All the hard work was done by Dave Johnstone.  He planned and organized everything, but he was not able to be there on the night.  We just ran it …

 

Control # 15 was the only problem on the night.  The map was un-clear so anyone that thought it was control # 5 and wrote 98 were given 20 not 10 points.

 

All other errors were marked as wrong, ie lamp post not telegraph pole.

 

Only observation - quite novel having 3 people tie for first place on the 60 minute course.  Is this a first ?

Directions:
From Lancaster: Take A6 north. 1km out of Lancaster, fork left into Hest Bank Lane.  Pub is on left after 1.5km.
From Carnforth: Follow A6 south through Bolton le Sands.  Turn right onto A5105 direction Morecambe.  After 1.5km turn left into Station Road.  Turn left at T junction. Pub is on right after 100m.

Facilities: Toilets, food served until 9pm, quiz night starts 9.30.
