Chairman
 

1. Draft and agree Club's objectives at the beginning of each year
2. Review and monitor progress on objectives, take action to ensure achievement of same
3. Chair committee meetings, ensure they meet needs of club and committee and are conducted in a timely manner
4. Represent club at NWOA twice yearly meetings
5. Identify new volunteers to come on to committee and ask them prior to AGM
6. Chair AGM
7. Act as “sweeper up” – identify any tasks, actions etc that need to be done and make sure that someone agrees to take them on
8. Overall, make sure that Club is run harmoniously for the benefit of its members and the sport, abiding by its constitution, looking after the clubs future well being and development
