Another great
turnout with 36 teams out on the streets. The event was made even more
interesting as it was Halloween and for once our runners were not the only
strange creatures wandering the streets with lights. There were just two
errors made by myself: Choral Mattins is indeed at 11.30 and I gave the
points for both 11.30 and 6.30. Also the hydrant at control 13 was
incorrectly marked being on the other side of the street, most people found
it eventually but sorry to those who lost valuable seconds. Both the 75 min
and 60 min courses had very strong teams and the planning was such that Sean
with his impressive 910 points got 36 out of the 40 controls. Thanks to Paul
and Glenys for letting me use their IT facilities at their house and to
Marian for helping out with registration and processing results. |
