Parking is in the café car park through the main entrance into Stanley Park (GR 325 359). There is another car park into the Sports Complex on the W side of the Park but please do not use it. To do so will mean walking through the Park and therefore through the competition area to get to registration. This is at the café car park and very close to the Starts and Finish.
All the courses are within the confines of the Park and all running will be on tarmac surfaces or grass. There is a large lake in the NE part of the map and caution must be exercised when running alongside it.
Unfortunately, there is no pub or eatery nearby so those wishing to enjoy a post-event meal will need to make their own arrangements.
